Evans released her long-awaited second CD, "So Nice", to excellent reviews. The album showcases her strengths as a vocalist and keyboardist on a wide variety of tunes including swing, blues, Latin jazz and soulful ballads. THE LATEST NEWS Candace has renewed her engagement at the nationally recognized Lodge of Four Seasons at Lake Ozark Missouri starting May 1! Join her this Summer and Fall in the Lobby Lounge on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The Candace Evans Quartet will be appearing at the Coleman Hawkins Legacy Jazz Festival at the new Kansas Expocentre in Topeka on Saturday June 7, at 7pm! This popular 3 day event is a charity fundraiser for Kansas Children's Service League. The Candace Evans quartet will be appearing at the Zona Rosa Jazz Series on Thursday August 21 from 7pm - 9pm!
